Hi there,
We are able to help with this kind of reset on sites on our Business and Commerce plans, so this will not be an issue. before we proceed with the site reset, please carefully review the following.
The site reset will remove all pages, posts, uploads, third-party plugins, third-party themes, and customizations. Additionally, the process will reset the site’s database, settings, and file system to default. Essentially you will be starting over again with an empty site and will need to upload all plugins and themes you need as if for the first time.
If this is okay, please reply confirming that you would like to proceed. Thanks!

Hey there,
Many thanks for that confirmation.
This reset has now taken place, and you should see a fresh installation under the domain infodroplets.blog.
Now that you’re stating with a clean slate, what plans do you have for your site? Maybe we can offer some advice. :)
Looking forward to hearing more!

Good Morning –
I’d like to know more about what you’re seeing. Please share more details about:
but there is still some residues left
I know that you’re starting fresh, but I think we can save you some time and hassle with the design and implementation of your new project. Can you share more with us about this project? Is there an example out there you’re trying to emulate? What sort of functionality do you need? What features do you want?
