  I get a warning ‘resolve an error’ when I try to upload a theme. Please guide me how to fix it.

  You require a Business plan to upload and install additional plugins and custom themes or third party themes to a wordpress.COM hosted site.

  You could be confusing wordpress.COM hosted sites and wordpress.ORG self hosted sites. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
