  I purchased a theme and am trying to upload the file
  but it says upload failed

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. When you downloaded the theme, do you remember if you downloaded just the WordPress file or all files and documentation? If you downloaded all files and documentation you’ll just need to find the WordPress file and upload that one.

  Hi there @lifebyshela, Here on WordPress.com, only the business plan upgrade can upload 3rd party themes. Otherwise you can activate any of the 280+ themes found in our theme showcase.
