  Good day, I purchased a theme and I do not see the upload theme option or Add a theme. Can you please help me? My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  All available free and Premium themes for a free site are at https://wordpress.com/themes Any other themes you see/buy on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software. They can be used here by upgrading to the Business plan.

  The information I supplied above applies to sites hosted here at WordPress.com.
  Your other site ynamex.com is hosted by GoDaddy and you should be able to upload your theme there.
