i have bought a theme , i want to upload the theme to the site so i can customize this , and this is not working ,how do i upload the theme files ? if it is not letting me upload what i have to do ?

Looks like you currently have a WordPress.com Free plan. You would need to upgrade to a WordPress.com Pro plan in order to upload third-party themes to your WordPress.com website.
