  Hello – I am trying to download/upload my Flatsome theme under Appearances –> Themes.
  But the system is telling me there is an error.

  Can you please assist.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, I noticed that your site is upgraded to our Business Plan, so you have the option to upload any plugin or theme “designed for WordPress” such as the Flatsome theme

  Were you able to upload your theme sometimes after posting this? When I check now that is the theme I see active on your site: https://wordpress.com/themes/charguygear.wpcomstaging.com

  Were you able to sort this out on your own, or did you need a hand still?
