  Hi, I have a free wordpress blog account. I want to purchase a website theme via etsy.
  What do I have to purchase from you to make that happen?

  Do I have to buy the customization upgrade for $30? Please help.

  On WordPress.com we can’t install our own themes. Instead, we get to choose from the themes that are made available specifically for WordPress.com.

  Here’s the full list of those themes: http://theme.wordpress.com

  You can use the search feature there to find something with similar functionalities with the one you found on Etsy.
