Theme Upload issue

  How I can upload an external theme to my free wordpress blog? When I tried uploading, it is asking me to resolve the errors i.e., it is asking for the business plan. How can I resolve this when my blog is for free?

  Uploading a third-party theme is only available for Business plan sites. For your Free plan, you can choose a theme from our current theme collection:
