Theme Upload Issue

    Hello, Im having an issue uploading a theme I just purchased and the theme developers aren’t responding to me! It is giving me the error message ‘The package could not be installed. The style.css stylesheet doesn’t contain a valid theme header.’ Please let me know if you can provide any help with this.. Thank you!
