theme upload issues

    I need help uploading a WP theme purchases from theme forest. WP keeps stating error uploading

    Hi Ftamburro!

    My first question is if you have a paid business-level plan. If you do not, WordPress.com will not allow you to upload a custom theme.

    Next, it appears that in order to upload a custom theme, you must already have a custom domain name installed. Meaning a domain name that does not end in .wordpress.com. You can register a custom domain through your WordPress dashboard. This may be what is causing your error.
