Theme Upload on Business Plan

How do I know that my custom is going to be compatible with the business plan ? Also, is there a limitation of CPU / RAM / IO, etc on the business plan with custom theme ?

My theme is something like LMS / Education where students doing exam. The students logged in could be anywhere between 100, to 50k concurrent.

Is the business plan suitable for this ?

  • Hi there!

Any theme that’s compatible with the newest version of WordPress should work fine, however, since those themes are developed by third-parties, we can’t give you any guarantees – you’ll want to check the documentation on the page where you’ll be purchasing it. Here’s some more information about uploading third-party themes:

As for Business plan specifications, you can read all the info here:

The theme is made inhouse, and it works fine with latest wordpress theme. It’s just at busy hour my current server max their cpu to the point the website just freeze and unable to load.

Is it safe to assume that it wont happen in business plan ? Like I said, the concurrent user could spike into 50k.

We host about 250 schools exam, assignment, and e-learning. So, it isn’t just about some blog where visitor just reading article. This is more like apps, where user interacting with the websites.
