Theme upload problems

  I am trying to upload a .zip file that I have downloaded to use as my theme on my blog and I cannot figure out how to upload it for use. Every single tutorial I have seen has a button that says, “Upload Theme” or “Install Theme” I don’t have that and I need help!

  Hi there,

  Here on WordPress.com, it’s not possible to download and install themes. Instead, you may select from the over 200 themes we have available in our Theme Showcase.

  Downloading and installing themes is only possible on self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Please see this article for more information about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
