  Can I upload and use Elegant Themes Divi on this account? https://signmasters.wordpress.com/

  Howdy –

  WordPress.com Business Plan users now have the option to upload a custom theme and install plugins on their site.

  On a free account, like this one, you’ll pick a theme from wordpress.com/themes/ and activate it – or you can click on My Sites > Themes > Activate from the dashboard.
