  Your site is using the Rowling theme. What theme did you want to activate? All available free and Premium themes for a free site are at https://wordpress.com/themes Any other theme you see on the Interweb is designed for sites hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software. They can be used here by upgrading to the Business plan.
