How can I upload my own Purchased & Downloaded premium theme to my wordpress.com blog? I have been searching google and youtube for answers however just nothing can help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry to say that themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

Ok thank you. Also I’ve made an attempt to cancel my wordpress.com premium account however when I select to cancel domain and account, nothing happens and I have repeated the process several times. and suggestions on how to get my 99$ refund?

I can take care of it for you. If you could please explicitly verify the domain name you want cancelled, I’ll delete it for you.
I also want to make sure you understand that once this domain is cancelled it will be returned to the domain registrar and eventually released to the general public where anyone can register it. As long as you’re OK with that, we can proceed!

Also, please respond as soon as possible, as time is of the essence. Domains can only be refunded within 48 hours of their purchase. :)

I don’t really mind about the domain however I have just recently attempted to cancel my premium service upgrade, however after I confirm it via e-mail, I can an error message basically explaining that there was a problem issuing my refund therefore I should contact support again.

Your WordPress.com Premium plan was cancelled, except for the domain jonesbikeco.com. We’ve already issued a refund for $81 ($99 minus $18 for the cost of the domain registration).
Do you also want us to cancel and refund the domain jonesbikeco.com?
