  This link should help you in almost everything related to themes at wordpress.com : https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/

  Also, With a free WordPress.com site you can choose to activate any of the free or Premium themes found at: https://wordpress.com/themes
  Other themes you find on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere that use the WordPress.org software. They can however be used here at WordPress.com if you upgrade to the Business plan.
