  how can i edit theme as i want ?

  If you have a WordPressdotcom Premium or Business plan, you can edit your theme’s CSS or use Custom Design.

  If you mean to edit the theme files directly, that is not possible on WordPressdotcom. https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#editing-themes
