Theme will not load

  Trying to load theme to my website, says contact support, please contact me (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,

  On what site are you working? The only site in your account is https://wlox.wordpress.com/, which is a free WordPress.com site. It’s not possible to upload custom themes to free WordPress.com sites – to do that you need to upgrade to the Business Plan.

  @shubhamgmath, please don’t refer someone to live chat support if you’re not sure that they actually have an upgrade that gives them access to that. Instead, please try to answer their question based on whatever info you do have – the fact that they’re trying to upload a custom theme in this case – and tag the thread for staff so we can help.
