Theme with fixed page/blog posts

  Hi!
  I am looking for a theme with the following features:
  1. A fixed start page with a fairly large header image.
  2. Nice looking meny under the image.
  3. Welcome text.
  4. Three last posts under welcome text. Post should display header, image and first sentences of posts.

  I used a theme like this before, but my site crashed and now I can’t find it. Any help appreciated.
