theme with header customization and dropdown menu

  I am trying to find a theme where I can use my own header and that also supports dropdown menus. Is there one? I can not find one yet, but this is my first experience with wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Themes with a top nav menu listed here:

  Some of them can display dropdowns in their default menu (see here: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/24/parent-page-links-to-child/ ), but all of them can display dropdowns if you create a custom menu.
