Theme with user editable portfolios

I would like to be able to allower users to create artist portfolios, without needing to have much wordpress knowledge. Does this exist? So far, none of the themes I’ve seen filtered by portfolio make clear to me how someone would create a portfolio

@monotropan if you are giving users access to write posts and add images to your site, they could fairly easily create galleries if that’s what you’re after.
