Theme with video background

  Hi,

  I’m a videographer and I’m wondering if wordpress.com has any themes that allow a video background on the homepage. So basically I’m looking to build a website where when you arrive on the homepage, the entire background is a video with sound.

  brooklinder.com is an example

  I’m also open to compromise, but that’s my first choice. If someone could fill me in, I’d appreciate it. I’m a rookie.

  Hi,

  There are at least two WordPress.com themes that allow an optional full-width background video that displays in the header area. These would be Twenty Seventeen and Swell, the latter being a premium theme that has two areas where a full-width videos may be displayed on the optional home page template.

  In each case you may choose to hide some features of the theme, but to achieve the look and functionality of the front page of brooklinder.com on either of them, if possible, might require CSS customization.
