Theme wont activate

    Hello, I am having issues activating a new theme. I have not been able to see a theme when I change it. It only has m content on it and just changes the layout of my contact. I am not able to see the design of the theme or any pictures that come with the theme. I have uninstalled all my plugins and tried to change the theme again this only change the layout and was still not able to see the theme.
