Theme won't display

  I purchased a theme online and uploaded it as per the instructions and I can see it in the APPEARANCE tab and I have activated it. However, when it displays, the only items displayed are what you see here: http://www.nbccp.org/ This is the website template I purchased but none of the items in the template are displayed. I am not new to web design but I’m very new to WordPress and don’t know what is missing. The file manager of my account appears to have all of the files but it’s as if none of them are being pointed to in order to render on the monitor. Any ideas?

  Hi, you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
