THEME WON'T INSTALL

I just bought the premium Studio Press: Author Pro theme. I have uploaded it but when I am asked to install it, it won’t install. I am not computer literate in a technical way and have absolutely NO IDEA how to rectify this problem. I am confused about the differing usernames and passwords to access Bluehost/Word Press/ Studio Press etc etc. After having spent a whole day trying to fathom it all out, and managing to upload the ‘theme’, it now won’t install – tells me somethings missing??? Please can anyone help me, in simple terms. I would be most grateful. Thanks in advance, Sam

The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
This site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
The forum at WordPress.ORG is not connected to WordPress.COM so you will need to open an account at .ORG if you do not already have one. You may use the same email at WordPress.ORG as you do at WordPress.COM.

Thanks. But it was definitely .com. I have just been looking at my previous emails. WordPress.com sent me an email earlier changing my password. NOT WordPress.org. ???????????Sent from my iPhone
