Theme won’t load and paying with card doesn’t work

Hey! I’m trying to set up my new e-commerce site, for some reason sometimes on mobile my theme doesn’t load, and regardless of the device the card payment doesn’t let you fill in your information. Can anyone help me out? My site is: sarapersch.com
