Theme wont update

I cancelled my paid subscription and now my theme has changed and every time I try to update it to a different theme it fails and won’t work.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, When you say you cancelled your subscription, you downgraded from one of the upper tiers of plans, such as the Personal, Premium, or Business plan?
If you downgraded from Premium or Business to Personal and had a premium theme activated, it would have been removed from your blog.
Do you receive any error messages when you attempt to change themes? What happens when you visit https://wordpress.com/themes ?
Have you attempted to change themes via your WP-Admin Dashboard instead of the WordPress.com Dashboard?
You can get to this dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url (e.g.: lanierformayor.com/wp-admin)
