  It’s not clear what exactly you wish to achieve when you say “Why do not I download the wordpress theme?”.

  If you want to download theme then you can download from here – https://wordpress.org/themes/

  If you wish to install a third-party theme then you need to purchase Business upgrade plan. Only Business plan provides the feature of uploading a custom theme.
