[Theme: Workality] Plugins not working unless page refreshed

My website is located at http://wordsfromme.com (don’t know the hosting stuff too well, so I’ve got a defunct website listed on wp.com)
The theme I’m using is Workality Lite (http://northeme.com/theme/workality-lite/). There seems to be a problem with plugins on my “works” as they display on the first article for example, but when you use the site navigation arrows to get to the next, the plugins don’t appear (floating social bar, facebook comments).
Any tips? I don’t know PHP well but am willing to give it a try if you can give me some pointers!
