  I am sorry, I tried installing a ZIP for a theme, but now, with the new design is really difficult, can you explain to me how to upload a theme from a zip file, please?

  If you are asking about this site:
  http://cobishop.wordpress.com/
  then you will not be able to upload a theme you found on the internet.

  Those themes are for use with WordPress.ORG self-hosted installs and they will not work with WordPress.COM sites. The only themes we can use on wp.COM sites are found here:
  http://wordpress.com/themes/

  Are you aware that there are different flavors of WordPress? wp.ORG and wp.COM are completely different platforms. Here are some details:
