  I’m looking at purchasing a theme from themeforest.com. Do I have to purchase the premium option from WordPress in order to upload a custom theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unfortunately, you can not upload themes to WordPress.COM. Third Party themes such as the themes from themeforest.com are for self hosted WordPress.ORG sites

  Fortunately, you can select from the 210+ themes that are provided through WP.com
