Themeforest Install

    How do I install a themeforest zip i purchased on my blogs site?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    Themes purchased directly from themeforest are made for self-hosted WordPress sites and are not compatible with sites hosted here at WordPress.com. (This page has a good quick reference for the differences between the two WordPress options: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.)

    There are two options to consider:
    – If you must use this exact theme, you would need to get a hosting plan elsewhere and install your own copy of WordPress, then add the theme.
    OR
    – Check out the themes available here on WordPress.com and choose a different theme to use: https://wordpress.com/themes/

    If you’d like help looking for a theme, let me know what type of look or features you’re interested in (or which themeforest theme you like) and I can find a few available here to suggest. :)
