  I have bought a website theme from themeforest, how do I install this and then brand this theme with my details?

  Do I need to have a specific WordPress plan?

  Yes here at WordPress.com you’d need a Business plan to use a theme that’s really designed to be used elsewhere with the WordPress.org software.
