Hello vranotanya
In the same demo page of Gateway, if you click on the “Call to Action” red button, you will be taken to a page where there’s very clear instructions on how to add such button to your page.
You can actually add buttons to any page that you want, using class=button on tags on html text editor.
For this specific case of the homepage header you should do the following:
- Create a page and set its template as “Homepage Template” (instructions here, at Homepage Template section)
- Access your website customize page
- go to Theme Options > Homepage Template
- Insert button html code to “Hero Content” text area
hope that helps

Hi there,
When I place the code in for the box that was given in the example:
It just shows up written out like that in the header image instead of converting to the box image like it’s supposed to. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? Thank you!!

Sorry, I didn’t realize it would convert in my comment. It’s showing up in the actual code format on my site.
