Theme/Plugin Selection for Membership & Upload Facility

  I am looking for a suitable combination of theme and plugins to enable:

  1. Website that allows for members to register
  2. Members may pay to register
  3. Once members are registered they will have access to a portal where they can upload documents, and the site administrator can upload documents also to the member’s page
