    For some reason I can’t change my theme. I can get as far as clicking on the preview button for a new theme and it gives me a blank screen with the “loading design tools…” sidebar. I can’t get past this. I have restarted my computer, logged out and back in to the site and changed browsers. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

    I’m sorry this is happening! Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

    Solve Common Browser Issues

    After you clear your cache/cookies please restart your browser. Also, make sure you are using an updated version of your browser:

    http://browsehappy.com

    If that doesn’t work, can you try a different browser like Firefox?
