  how do I upload a theme I already have in a folder

  You cannot upload Themes to WordPress.com. If you have paid for the CSS extra feature, please use the Themes > Editor to paste in the CSS styles changes to modify the look and feel of the site there.

  Thank You very much for your reply! I am a newbie at this so I am still learning the slang. What is css where would I find theThemes/Editor.
  Do you have any thoughts on payed and free themes. Also when I get to that page its my email address on top. It is not my domain so when I got there I was lost. I just want to get a Theme on my domain site.
