  We cannot add themes found on the internet here at wordpress.COM. Themes found on the internet are for self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG. Themes used here at wordpress.COM have to be edited for security issues and modified so that they will work on the multi-user version of wordpress used here.

  Thank you for providing the blog link. The answer to your question is you can NOT add themes here at wordpress.com but their is plenty of themes to choose from by going to dashboard > Appearance
