  Is it possible to use a theme from WordPress.org? If so, how?

  I’m fairly new at this and I’m not certain how to transfer a theme from WordPress.org into my WordPress.com site

  The only themes you can use on a WordPress.COM site are found in the theme directory.

  https://theme.wordpress.com

  Third-party themes cannot be transferred or downloaded to any WordPress.COM site. It may help to read about the difference between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG. They are two different platforms, using different software.
