Hi there, I’d suggest you have a look through our directory to see if there’s something that meets your needs in terms of colours, layout, and general look-and-feel:
And I also want a way the make the side bar on the side on the mobile version.
Most responsive themes – which adjust automatically to various screen sizes – move the sidebar to the bottom or display it at the top on small devices like phones, otherwise the main column becomes too narrow and it’s extremely hard to read the text.

I want my blog to be fun and entertaining for teens like with games and polls and colors.

Sounds fun!
We don’t really have online games here on WordPress.com, but we do have polls that you can create over at Polldaddy and embed on your site.
This is a playful premium theme you might like to peek at:

I love that inspiration laboratory, but I’m don’t have premium, is there a free one like that?

Inspiration Laboratory is quite a unique theme and I can’t think of another one like it, though if you like the yellow and black colour scheme you could check out Hew:

If you like it, you can purchase Inspiration Laboratory on its own, even without having the WordPress.com Premium upgrade.
