  Hey, I just added a second blog to my account and picked a theme for it, which happened to change my original blogs theme. Is there a way to have two different themes going at the same time?

  Each blog is separate. You can have a different theme for each one. When you’re changing a theme using the Customizer, look in the upper left part of the screen to see which blog you are changing. It will say “You are customizing” with the blog name below it.
