  will people on wordpress.com ever be able to upload their own themes?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is doubtful.

  Themes found on the internet are for self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG. Themes used here at wordpress.COM have to be edited for security issues and modified so that they will work on the multi-user version of wordpress used here. If you installed a theme from the internet here, there would be many wordpress.COM specific features that would not work. There are also likely things in the .ORG themes that would cause things here to break.

  I found a theme for my blog (Neo-sapien) but I don’t know why the side-bar right doesn’t appear.
  I would like the calendari in the right side, and no above all???

  I see a calendar in your far right sidebar.
  Perhaps your question is unclear?
