    Hello,

    On my site, under construction, dessinsdekofkof.wordpress.com

    I have this problem:
    For example a category where I have several articles on arriving at the bottom of the page sections, there is a “previous articles” button
    Now it nothing happens, so that visitors only see the latest articles.
    Where have I made a mistake of manipulation and how to fix it?

    Here for example a page with 7 articles, and all there are 49 in this category.

    But after the 7th, I click on “previous articles” and nothing happens, I put the link, if someone can control? thank you in advance

    Hi there!

    I have been researching your issue and I have figured out one possible explanation so far.

    Just curious, are you checking this while logged into your site? Or are you looking at it as a general reader?

    It could be the Visibility settings on each blog post. For example, if you have 7 of the 49 posts marked as public and the other 41 marked as private, users would only see the 7 marked as public. You would have had to mark each post private or public one at a time (there is no bulk option for this unless you make your whole site private). However, if you are logged into your site, when you navigate it, YOU should still see all posts when you use the previous button. A general READER will not be able to but you should see them all regardless of the private/public settings. You can read about visibility here:

    Also, you would have to have set the reading settings to only show the last 7 posts. This would explain why you can only see 7.

    Hello,
    J’ai essayé pendant plusieurs heures, impossible de régler pour que les posts précédents soient lus. J’ai réglé les catégorier à 10 posts, et une fois le 10ème poste en bas de page, le bouton “articles précédents” ne fonctionne pas.
    De plus, tous mes articles sont en “visible” il n’y a pas de “privé” et que je sois connecté, ou non connecté, cela ne fonctionne pas…

    Hello,
    I tried for several hours, not set for previous posts are read. I set the catégorier 10 posts, and after the 10th post footer, the ‘previous articles’ button does not work.
    Also, all my items are ‘visible’ there is no ‘private’ and that I am connected or not connected, it does not work …

    I’m sorry you are having trouble with this. It looks like you are using the ‘Always’ theme. How long have you been using it? I can no longer find it as an available theme on WordPress.com. I was going to set it up as a test theme and try some different configurations.

    You have a few options here. I am a volunteer in this forum but if you want to contact a moderator/staff on this issue, you can add the modlooktag to the tags area of the thread to make sure they see it.

    Another option is to change your theme to something else that works for you.

    Merci pour votre idée de changer de thème, maintenant c’est OK !!
    Les articles posts précédents arrivent sans problème. Le problème venait donc du theme “toujours”.
    Je suis maintenant sur “Selecta” et tout fonctionne…sauf que :
    Lorsque je clique sur une des catégories, par exemple “animaux”, on ne voit que le texte et pas les miniatures d’images. Mon site étant essentiellement visuel, c’est dommage, pourtant sur la démo de Selecta il y a les image. Je vous mets le lien :

    Thank you for your idea to change the theme, now it’s OK !!
    Articles previous posts arrive without problem. So the problem came from the theme ‘always’.
    I am now on ‘Selecta’ and everything works … except that:
    When I click on a category, such as ‘animals’, we see only the text and not the thumbnail images. My website is primarily visual, shame, yet the demo Selecta ago the image. I put the link:
