  There are 77 themes to choose from.

  Is it possible to upload one of the free themes from the internet onto a wp blog or can you only do that if you have your own domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have to self-host a blog on a third-party hosting site to use themes found on the internet.
