  How can I add a theme that is not on the wordpress site? There isn’t a buttom ‘add new theme’, how and where can I find it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The only themes available on WordPress.com are those found in the theme showcase. The alternative is WordPress.org where you have to manage the site yourself and pay for someone to host your site too. Here’s an explanation of the differences. New themes are added frequently though and you can always use the filters when looking through themes to find something similar to what you want.
