  Trying to upload a custom theme from woothemes, I am a free member, is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m afraid not, but if you post a link to a demo of the theme you like I can help you find the closest match (both functionally and by appearance) of the themes that are available here.

  The themes support page says it best:

  Uploading a third-party or custom theme is possible only on self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software. This means that you cannot upload any themes to your WordPress.com site. Learn more.

  Instead of uploading a theme, try checking out the current theme collection to see if there’s an option there that will work well for you.

  Actually it was a woothemes theme with integration built in specifically for their plugins so that probably won’t help

  You’re probably better off looking for a hosting package and then installing the WordPress.org software then. Although you can’t install your own plugins on the free account here there are some that come pre-installed into the shared version of WordPress we all use.
