As far as theme goes, everything is a matter of your personal taste and preference! A few things:
What look are you going for? I see this is for a festival site, are you going for something festive and fun, or a bit more sleek?
What functionality are you looking for? Many themes are tailored specifically for different uses, such as business types and feature different options. If you have a specific idea of what you would like the site to be capable of, that will tailor your options down a bit more.
