Why isn’t my chosen theme for my site appearing on my dashboard? I have a free site right now, does that mean I cannot have themes that show more than 2 pages without the menu options I see on the themes?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello,

Irrespective of what plan you are on, you can choose any of the free themes. Also, you can have any number of pages irrespective of your chosen plan.

It would help if you mention the name of the theme you are trying to use on your blog.

Dyad2 and the theme seems different… I cannot scroll through images on the landing page, it is static. Also there are parent and child pages which don’t come up, and I’m not sure how to create them. I seem to have gotten some of the items correct so far, trial and error! I cannot find where I can put media on the left or right of a paragraph… it always seems to go front and center, top or bottom, not right or left aligned. Thanks for any suggestions and help. This is my first time using WordPress and Wix was so much easier.

    Hi @tcruzio,

Sorry, it took me a while to get back to you.

Dyad2 is a nice theme. The images on the landing pages will scroll once you have more post on the landing pages.

Here is a theme description, which also has basic documentation to get you started:
    https://wordpress.com/theme/dyad-2

For using parent and child pages, you can use page attributes to select parent page for your child pages. Here is a detailed description of it:

For the alignment of images, I am assuming you are talking about the images within your content. You can simply hover over the images and small alignment icons should pop when you are editing the post/page.
Here is a detailed article about image alignment:

I hope you find this helpful,

    Regards,
