  You can activate any one of the free or Premium themes found in the WordPress.com themes showcase https://wordpress.com/themes but other themes you find/buy elsewhere on the Interweb are designed for the WordPress.org software and can only be used here at WordPress.com if you upgrade to the Business plan:
