  None of the themes will activate, I have tried a few different ones, but they all just say contact support.

  Hi alicemcn,

  It looks like the Jetpack connection for alicemcnicholas.com isn’t working properly, which could cause problems with changing themes through your WordPress.com account (My Sites > Customise > Themes).

  Please deactivate and delete the Jetpack plugin and then reinstall, reactivate and reconnect it to WordPress.com. Jetpack support will be the best place to ask for more advice if that doesn’t help:
